Ans: For rates and availability, you need to go to reservations. Once you've entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed along with the available room types. You will get all the price details there. You are not obligated to book a reservation or give your credit card details.

- 2. Select a Room Type you want to inquire about
- 3. Select the No. Rooms
- 4. Once you click on "Book Now" button rates will be clearly displayed along with the available room types.
- 5. Once you fill the reservation form and click on continue you will get the total price including tax for the selected room.
- 6. If you do not want to book, simply click on another tab
Ans: All amenities and services listed in the room descriptions are included in the room price excluding the taxes and fees.
Ans. You'll need a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation with Western Inn Motel. All reservations have to be preauthorized. Follow the following process to make your reservation.
- 1. Select the Reservations tab

- 3. Select the No. Rooms
- 4. Click the "Book Now" button
- 5. Once you check all the details fill the reservation form
- 6. Once you click on continue button you will be asked to enter your billing information
- 7. And then click on book now button to make your reservation

Ans. We will charge your card immediately after finish our booking process, with a preauthorization. We will send you the Preauthorization receipt via email.
Ans. Information regarding children and extra beds/cribs can be found under "Hotel Policies." Please take note of the following:
- 1. Any additional fees for children are not included in the reservation price.
- 2. During the online booking process, please make your request for any extra bed/crib in the "Special Requests" box provided.
- 3. If you’ve already booked your stay, just contact us to add this to your reservation.
- 4. We recommend calling us prior to your arrival to guarantee your request. You can find the hotel’s contact information on our website.

Ans. The shuttle service is free only between 8:00 am – 11:00 pm. The charges for shuttle service apply before 8:00 am and after 11:00 pm.

Ans. You need to go to the reservation page to check room types, rates and availability. But, you do not have to give your credit card and book a reservation, unless you want to.
Ans. We offer pet friendly rooms in our motel. But, your pet must be small and medium and generally less than 50 Lbs. Also, they must be kept on leash and follow the hotel pet policy when you’re in Western Inn Motel property.
Ans. We cannot process your reservation through the Internet without a valid and accepted credit card and expiration date. If you want to make a reservation without using your credit card, please call us at (406) 245-6345/ (888) 231-9378.
Ans. We have a parking lot and we also offer free parking for all our nightly guests.Extended parking more than 3 days is chargeable and 3 days trip parking is free with at-least a night stay.
Ans. The online rates are 20% discounted but rates are subject to change during special events and summers. There is no additional charge for booking online.
